Setup Guide

3. Connect Credentials:
- OpenAI Chat Model: Connect your OpenAI API credentials.
- Postgres Users Memory: Connect your Supabase (or other PostgreSQL) credentials. Refer to the provided YouTube tutorial for guidance (Minute 1:45 to 5:00).
- WhatsApp Nodes: Connect your WhatsApp API credentials for
WhatsApp Trigger,Send Pre-approved Template Message to Reopen the Conversation, andSend AI Agent's Answer. - Template Message: In the
Send Pre-approved Template Message to Reopen the Conversationnode, select the desired template message under theTemplateparameter.
Optional: Disable Re-engagement Feature:
- If you do not wish to use the 24-hour window re-engagement feature, delete the
24-hour window check,If, andSend Pre-approved Template Message to Reopen the Conversationnodes. - Then, connect the
AI Agentnode directly to thecleanAnswernode.
