Auto-Reply to Instagram Comments with Direct Messages

This workflow snippet is designed to be part of a larger automation. Here's how to configure the included nodes and integrate it for full functionality:

1. Configure Post & Message Node:

   • Replace "Instagram url post/reel" with the direct URL of the Instagram post or reel you want to monitor for comments.
   • Customize "Thanks so much! This is the template: xxxxx" with the personalized direct message you want to send to commenters.
   • Update "add_upload_post_username" with the exact Instagram username of the profile that owns the post.

2. Read Contacted Users Node:

   • Set up or select your Google Sheets OAuth2 API credentials.
   • Choose the Google Sheet (Document ID) where you want to store a record of contacted users. This sheet will be used by the 'Filter New Comments' node to prevent sending duplicate DMs.
   • Select the specific tab (Sheet Name) within your document where the user data will be read from.

3. Integrate an Instagram Trigger (Not in snippet, but essential):

   • For full automation, you will need to add an Instagram Trigger node at the beginning of your workflow (replacing the 'Start Monitoring' node).
   • Configure this trigger to 'Watch for new comments' on the Instagram post specified in your 'Configure Post & Message' node. This trigger will feed new comments into the 'Filter New Comments' node.
