How it works
This n8n workflow automates the initial stages of CV screening. It begins with a form submission (Application Form) capturing candidate details and their CV. The CV is then converted from PDF to text (Convert Binary to Json). This text is fed into a Google Gemini Chat Model node (Google Gemini Chat Model) which analyzes the CV against a job description (defined within the Using AI Analysis & Rating node), providing a compatibility rating and recommendation. The results are logged to a Google Sheet (Candidate Lists), HR is notified via email (Inform HR New CV Received), and the candidate receives a confirmation email (Confirmation of CV Submission).

How To Use
- Set up Form Trigger: Configure the 'Application Form' node with fields for 'Full Name', 'E-mail', 'Expectation', 'Linkedin', and a 'Your Resume/CV' file upload.
- Configure Google Gemini: Set up your Google Gemini API credentials in n8n.
- Define AI Prompt: In the 'Using AI Analysis & Rating' node, customize the 'messageValues' to specify the job description and desired output language.
- Set up Google Sheets: Provide your Google Sheets credentials and configure the 'Candidate Lists' node with your Document ID and Sheet Name.
- Configure Email Notifications: Ensure your Gmail credentials are set up and the 'sendTo' addresses in 'Inform HR New CV Received' and the message content in 'Confirmation of CV Submission' are correct.
