Overview
This n8n workflow automates the process of generating personalized sales outreach emails. It starts by triggering from a Google Sheet containing lead information. For each lead, it fetches their recent LinkedIn posts and Twitter activity using the Get linkedin Posts and Get tweets nodes respectively. The Extract and limit Linkedin and Exract and limit X nodes then process this data, limiting the amount of fetched content for efficiency. The core of the personalization happens with the Generate Subject and cover letter based on match node, which utilizes an OpenAI Chat Model to analyze your company's profile (set in Set your company's variables) and the lead's social media activity to identify a common ground and craft a relevant cover letter. Finally, the Send Cover letter and CC me node sends the personalized email to the lead and a copy to your internal email address.
