How To Use
- Google Sheets Trigger: Connect to your Google Sheet where lead form responses are collected. Select the document and the specific sheet (e.g., "Form Responses 1").
- HubSpot: Configure your HubSpot account credentials. Map the incoming data (Name, Email, Phone, Interest Level, Lead Source, Notes) from Google Sheets to the corresponding HubSpot contact properties.
- Slack: Authenticate your Slack workspace. Choose the channel where new lead alerts should be posted and customize the notification message using data from the Google Sheet.
- Gmail (Initial Notification): Set up your Gmail credentials. Specify the recipient email address, subject line, and the HTML body for initial new lead notifications.
- Wait: Adjust the "Amount" and "Unit" parameters if you need to change the delay before checking for follow-up reminders (default is 3 minutes).
- If: Review the conditions. This node is designed to check if a lead's "Interest Level" is "Hot" and if the "Followed Up?" column indicates that the lead has not been followed up yet. Adjust the logic if your 'Followed Up?' column requires a different check (e.g.,
is emptyoris false). - Gmail_Reminder: On the "True" branch of the "If" node, configure the Gmail node to send a follow-up reminder. Customize the recipient, subject, and message tailored for hot leads awaiting follow-up.
