Crucially, a second AI (Information Extractor) node intelligently parses this text to extract structured insights, including individual review details (author, date, body, rating) and overall aggregate ratings, conforming to a predefined JSON schema. Finally, all extracted, structured review data is seamlessly appended to a Google Sheet, creating a centralized, up-to-date repository for continuous monitoring, sentiment analysis, and competitive intelligence. How To Use
- Configure Trustpilot URL & Bright Data Zone: In the "Set URL and Bright Data Zone" node, update the
urlvalue to the specific Trustpilot page URL you wish to scrape (e.g.,https://www.trustpilot.com/review/yourproduct.com). Ensure thezonevalue matches your Bright Data Web Unlocker zone (default:web_unlocker1). - Set Up Bright Data Credentials: For the "Perform Bright Data Web Request" node, you will need to create or select an existing n8n HTTP Header Auth credential for Bright Data. This credential typically requires your Bright Data API Key or username:password.
- Configure OpenAI Credentials: Ensure your n8n instance has a valid OpenAI credential configured, as the "Markdown to Textual Data Extractor" and "Structured JSON Data Extractor" nodes rely on an OpenAI LLM (GPT-4o by default, as indicated by sticky notes).
