About This Workflow
Overview
This workflow takes responses from a Google Form (configured for quizzes) and automatically generates a personalized certificate for each respondent who meets a passing score. The certificate is created by copying a template Google Slide, replacing a placeholder with the respondent's name, and then converting it to PDF.

How To Use
- Create a Google Form and enable quiz mode.
- Submit at least one text response to the form.
- In the form's responses section, click "Link to Google Sheet" to create a linked spreadsheet.
- Configure the
Google Sheets Triggernode with your specific Google Sheet ID and the correct sheet name. - Prepare a Google Slide that will serve as your certificate template. Use
[ NAME ]as a placeholder for the respondent's name. Note the ID of this template slide. - Update the
Copy from your templatenode with the ID of your certificate template Google Slide and the desired Google Drive folder ID for saving the output. - Adjust the passing score in the
Score Checkernode. - Ensure your Google account credentials are set up for Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Slides within n8n.
