LLM Model Configuration:
- Configure the 'OpenRouter account' and 'Google Gemini(PaLM) Api account✅' credentials with your respective API keys.
- The workflow uses a combination of OpenRouter and Google Gemini for ad analysis. Ensure both are set up.

- Trigger the workflow by clicking the 'Execute workflow' button.
- The workflow will:
- Fetch keywords from Google Sheets.
- For each keyword, scrape Google Search results for ads.
- Process top and bottom ads separately.
