It starts by retrieving contact information from a Google Sheet and inserting it into an n8n Data Table. Simultaneously, it fetches sales data from another Google Sheet and populates a separate Data Table. A Gmail Trigger monitors incoming emails, and for each email, it looks up the sender's contact details in the 'Contacts' Data Table. If a match is found, an AI Agent is invoked to generate a personalized email response, leveraging both the original email content and the CRM data (like Name and Notes) to create a friendly and tailored message signed off as 'Rizon'.
