detail.loadingPreview
Struggling to outline a winning service page? This n8n workflow automates competitive SEO analysis, generating a high-level content blueprint by dissecting competitor pages. Get actionable insights to craft service pages that outperform.
About This Workflow
Crafting a service page that ranks highly requires deep competitor research. Manually analyzing multiple competitor websites for their content structure, keyword usage, and overall strategy is incredibly time-consuming. This n8n workflow streamlines the entire process. By simply providing a list of competitor URLs, your target keyword, and service details, the workflow automatically scrapes each competitor's page using the Jina AI Reader, extracts vital HTML elements like headings, and performs text analysis (such as N-gram counting). The goal is to deliver a robust, data-driven blueprint for your service page, helping you identify content gaps and optimization opportunities to surpass the competition.
Key Features
- Automated Competitor Scraping: Easily input up to 5 competitor URLs, and the workflow fetches their full HTML content using Jina AI Reader for in-depth analysis.
- Intelligent Content Extraction: Automatically identifies and extracts heading structures (H1-H6) from competitor pages, providing a comprehensive content outline.
- Keyword & Phrase Analysis: Utilizes N-gram analysis to uncover common phrases and keywords used by top-ranking competitors in their headings and content.
- Customizable Input Form: A user-friendly form allows you to specify target keywords, services, and brand name for tailored and contextualized analysis.
- Robust Error Handling: Designed with retry mechanisms to ensure reliable page scraping even with temporary network issues, maximizing data collection success.
How To Use
- Configure the "Start" node: Input your competitor URLs (one per line, up to 5 recommended), your target keyword, a brief description of your services, and your brand name. Select if the target page is a homepage.
- Add Jina AI API Key: Ensure your Jina AI Reader API Key is correctly configured in the
Authorizationheader within the "Get URL HTML" node (or an upstream credentials node, if applicable), to enable web scraping. - Run the workflow: Execute the workflow, and it will process each competitor URL sequentially, scraping its HTML and extracting key elements.
- Review the Output: Analyze the generated data, including extracted headings and N-gram analysis, to inform and refine your service page content blueprint.
