The workflow intelligently searches for existing accounts in Salesforce, preventing duplicates. For new companies, it creates new Salesforce accounts. It then proceeds to create or update contacts, associating them with the correct accounts, ensuring your CRM is always reflecting your latest business relationships. How To Use

- Download Data: The 'Download file' node fetches your spreadsheet (e.g., an Excel file) from a specified URL.
- Parse Spreadsheet: The 'Spreadsheet File' node reads the data from the downloaded file.
- Search Existing Accounts: The 'Search Salesforce accounts' node looks for matching companies in your Salesforce based on the company name from the spreadsheet.
- Process Companies: The 'Keep new companies' node separates new companies from existing ones, and 'Merge existing account data' combines all company data.
- Remove Duplicates: The 'Remove duplicate companies' node ensures unique company entries.
- Handle Account Existence: The 'Account found?' node checks if a Salesforce account already exists. If so, its ID is captured and renamed for use.
- Create New Accounts: If a company is new, the 'Create Salesforce account' node will create it in Salesforce.
- Prepare for Contact Creation: 'Set new account name' and 'Set Account ID for existing accounts' prepare the data for contact creation.
- Sync Contacts: The 'Create Salesforce contact' node upserts contacts into Salesforce, using their email as an external ID and associating them with the correct Salesforce Account ID.
