Keep only userId&Add Hubspot userId to data): These nodes are pre-configured to extract the HubSpotvid(Contact ID) and merge it with the original Shopify order data for later association. - HubSpot Deal Search (
Find if order already exists as deal): Connect your HubSpot account again. Configure it to search for deals using the Shopify ordernameto prevent duplicates. - Conditional Logic (
New Order, deal not found): ThisIFnode checks if the search for an existing deal returned an empty result. - HubSpot Deal Creation (
Create new deal): In the "true" branch of theIFnode, connect your HubSpot account. Map the Shopify ordercurrent_total_pricetoamount,nametodealName,created_attocloseDate, and the extracteduserIdtoassociatedVids. Set thestagetoclosedwon. - No Operation (
