About This Workflow

Overview

This workflow triggers when a Shopify order is updated. It checks if a corresponding Zendesk ticket already exists for the order. If not, it creates a new Zendesk ticket with details from the Shopify order.

How To Use

Trigger: Connect your Shopify account and configure the 'On order updated' trigger.
Zendesk Check: Connect your Zendesk account. The workflow will attempt to find an existing ticket using the Shopify order number as the external ID.
Conditional Logic: The 'Order exists in Zendesk' node determines if a ticket already exists.
Ticket Creation: If no existing ticket is found, the 'Create new ticket for new orders' node will create a new Zendesk ticket with relevant order information.
