How To Use
- Connect Typeform: Set up your Typeform form and connect it to n8n using the
Typeform Triggernode. Ensure you have yourtypeformApicredential configured. - Set Values: Use the
Set valuesnode to map the form responses from Typeform to custom fields that will be used in HubSpot. This node is configured to extract fields like first name, last name, department, company name, email, and interest. - Create HubSpot Contact: Connect the
Set valuesnode to thecreate new contactnode. Configure thehubspotApicredential and map the extracted form data to the corresponding HubSpot contact properties (email, industry, lastName, firstName, companyName). - Conditional Lead Staging: Link the
create new contactnode to thelead interestedifnode. Configure the condition to check if theform_interestvalue from theSet valuesnode is true. - Update Lead Stage: If the lead is interested, connect the 'True' branch of the
lead interestednode to theupdate lead stagenode. This node will set thelifeCycleStagein HubSpot to 'opportunity' using the email of the newly created contact. - Send Follow-Up Email: Connect the
update lead stagenode to thesend informationnode. Configure your Gmail credential and set up the email subject and message. Use variables from the HubSpot contact to personalize the email. The 'False' branch of thelead interestednode can be connected to aNoOpnode or another action as needed.
