About This Workflow
Overview
This workflow automatically creates a GitHub issue when a new Zendesk ticket is received. It then links the Zendesk ticket to the newly created GitHub issue by adding the GitHub issue number to a custom field in Zendesk. If a GitHub issue already exists for a Zendesk ticket (indicated by a pre-existing GitHub Issue Number in Zendesk), it adds a comment to that existing issue instead of creating a new one. This ensures a seamless integration between customer support and development workflows.
