How To Use
- Set the Daily Trigger: The
Daily 7AM Triggernode is configured to run at 7 AM daily. Adjust the "Trigger At Hour" parameter if you prefer a different execution time. - Configure Gmail Credentials (Fetch Emails): In the
Fetch Emails - Past 24 Hoursnode, click on "Credentials" and select or create your Gmail OAuth2 credential. Ensure the email address in theqfilter expression matches the account you want to monitor (currentlyisb.quantana@quantana.in). - Configure OpenAI Credentials: In the
Summarize Emails with OpenAI - Morningnode, click on "Credentials" and select or create your OpenAI API credential. The workflow usesgpt-4o-miniby default, but you can change the model if needed. - Specify Recipient for Summary: In the
Send Summary - Morningnode, update the "Send To" field with the email address of your team or individual who should receive the daily summary (e.g.,team-email@yourcompany.com). - Activate Workflow: Save and activate the workflow to start receiving your automated daily email summaries.
