How it works
This n8n workflow automates the synchronization between Calendly and KlickTipp for both event bookings and cancellations. It leverages the New Calendly event trigger to capture invitee data.
When a new event is booked (invitee.created), the workflow checks for the presence of guests. If guests exist, they are processed individually using Split Out guest bookings and then subscribed to KlickTipp with relevant event details. The invitee is also subscribed to KlickTipp with their booking information.
For cancellations (invitee.canceled), the workflow also identifies guests and processes them individually using Split Out guest cancellations to remove them from KlickTipp. The invitee is also removed from KlickTipp. A specific node is included to clear the guest email array field on invitee cancellation to prevent rebooking errors.
The Convert data for KlickTipp node plays a crucial role in reformatting date, time, and phone number data from Calendly into formats compatible with KlickTipp's API.
