A smart switch intelligently routes deals based on their current stage: 'closedwon' triggers a congratulatory Slack message, 'presentationscheduled' initiates the creation of a Google Slides presentation, and 'closedlost' logs the deal in Airtable. Furthermore, a conditional 'IF' node checks for deal value and type to create high-priority HubSpot tickets for significant new business opportunities, or medium-priority tickets otherwise. - Branch Based on Deal Stage: Use the 'Switch' node to route the workflow based on the 'dealstage' property (e.g., 'closedwon', 'presentationscheduled', 'closedlost').
- Conditional Ticket Creation: The 'IF' node evaluates the deal's value and type. If it's a 'newbusiness' deal over $500 and not yet closed, it creates a 'high-priority' HubSpot ticket. Otherwise, it creates a 'low-priority' ticket.
- Action Nodes: Connect the appropriate output from the 'Switch' and 'IF' nodes to their respective action nodes:
- #closedwon: Send a Slack message to the 'deals' channel.
- Google Slides: Create a new presentation titled with the deal name.
- Airtable: Append the lost deal details to your 'lost_deals' table.
