How it works
This workflow triggers when a new contact is created in HubSpot. It retrieves the contact's details, extracts their email, and then uses the email to query ExactBuyer for enriched data. The retrieved data, including work email, personal email, social profiles, and company information, is then used to update the original HubSpot contact record. A 'Could not find user' node handles cases where ExactBuyer doesn't return data.

How To Use
- Set up HubSpot Trigger: Configure the
On contact created(HubSpot Trigger) node to listen for new contact events. Ensure correct HubSpot credentials are provided. - Get HubSpot Contact: Use the
Get HubSpot contactnode to fetch details of the newly created contact using itscontactId. - Extract & Prepare Data: The
Set keysnode extracts the email andvid(user ID) from the HubSpot contact data. - Conditional Enrichment: The
if found emailnode checks if an email address is available. If yes, it proceeds to enrichment. - Enrich with ExactBuyer: Configure the
Enrich user from ExactBuyer(HTTP Request) node. Add your ExactBuyer API key as an HTTP Header credential. Set theemailparameter to={{ $json.email }}andrequiredtowork_email,personal_email,email. - Update HubSpot Contact: The
Update contact from Hubspotnode maps the enriched data from ExactBuyer (e.g., gender, school, country, job title, company name, phone number) to the corresponding fields in HubSpot. Ensure you use the same HubSpot OAuth2 credentials as used for fetching the contact.
