This n8n workflow is designed to streamline your sales process by automatically assigning unassigned HubSpot deals to the appropriate sales representative. It begins by fetching all deals from your HubSpot CRM. The workflow then identifies any deals that are currently unassigned. Following this, it retrieves associated contact information to determine the deal's region. Based on the contact's country (US or DE), the workflow routes the deal to a specific sales representative. For any deals not matching the defined regions, they are categorized as 'extra'. This automated assignment ensures that no deal falls through the cracks and that each opportunity is handled by the most suitable team member, optimizing your sales team's productivity and response times.

How To Use

dealname,amount, andhubspot_owner_id. - Split Out Deals: Use the 'Split Out Deals' node to process each deal individually.
- Filter Unassigned Deals: Configure the 'Unassigned Deals' node to identify deals where the
hubspot_owner_idis empty. - Get Contact for Deals: In the 'Get contact for deals' node, dynamically fetch contact details using the associated contact ID from the deal. This is crucial for determining the deal's origin country.
- Assign by Region: Set up the 'Assign by Region' node. Define rules to check the contact's country property. For example, if the country is 'United States', send it to the 'US' output. If it's 'Germany', send it to the 'DE' output. Configure a 'fallbackOutput' for any other regions.
- Assign to Sales Reps: For each regional output (US, DE, or fallback), add a 'HubSpot' node (e.g., 'Assign deal to John', 'Assign to Max'). Configure these nodes to update the specific deal with the correct
dealOwnerID based on the output from the 'Assign by Region' node.
