Unassigned Dealsnode to filter out any deals wherehubspot_owner_idis not empty. - Get Contact for Deals: Use the
Get contact for dealsnode to fetch contact details, specifically the country, associated with each deal. Ensure the URL correctly references the contact ID from the previous step. - Assign by Region: Set up the
Assign by Regionswitch node. Define rules to check thecountryproperty from the contact data and output to different branches (e.g., 'US' for United States, 'DE' for Germany). The 'extra' output can catch any other regions. - Assign Deals: For each regional output branch (e.g., US, DE), configure a HubSpot node (like 'Assign deal to John', 'Assign to Max', etc.) to update the
dealOwnerof the deal with the appropriate salesperson's ID. Ensure thedealIdis correctly mapped from the 'Unassigned Deals' node.
