When a user subscribes to a form in ConvertKit, the workflow triggers. It first filters out personal email addresses to focus on business leads. Then, it uses Clearbit to enrich the company associated with the lead's email, gathering valuable insights like company size, funding, and industry. Subsequently, it checks your HubSpot CRM to see if the company already exists. If not, it creates a new company record in HubSpot using the enriched data. Finally, it upserts the contact into HubSpot, linking them to their company and ensuring accurate lead management and sales outreach.
