It searches your designated Google Drive folder for Keep notes, filters for active (non-archived) entries, and uses OpenAI to pinpoint and extract specific data like euro amounts from your note content. Finally, all the relevant details, including the extracted amounts, creation/edit timestamps, and text content, are neatly compiled and added to a Google Sheet, providing you with a centralized and analyzable record of your valuable information.

How To Use
- Export Google Keep Notes:
- Go to Google Takeout.
- Click "Deselect all" then select only "Google Keep". Click "Next step".
- Choose "Send download link via mail" as the destination, then complete the export.
- Upload to Google Drive:
- Once downloaded, uncompress the ZIP file from Google Takeout.
- Upload all the
.jsonfiles from your uncompressed Google Keep folder to a specific, dedicated directory in your Google Drive (e.g., create a folder named "Keep").
- Configure Google Drive Node:
- In the n8n workflow, locate the "Search in 'Keep' folder" node.
- Ensure the
folderIdparameter points to the Google Drive folder where you uploaded your JSON files. Authenticate with your Google Drive account if not already done.
- Configure OpenAI Nodes:
- In the "Put some AI treatment here if you need it" (and optionally "OpenAI Chat Model") nodes, ensure your OpenAI API credentials are set up.
- Adjust the
textprompt in "Put some AI treatment here if you need it" if you need to extract different data points (e.g., dates, names, or other entities) instead of just monetary amounts.
- Configure Google Sheets Node:
- In the "Add to google sheet" node, select the target Google Sheet and specific worksheet where you want the extracted data to be appended. Authenticate with your Google Sheets account.
- Activate and Run:
- Save the workflow and activate it. You can manually trigger it using the "When clicking ‘Test workflow’" node or schedule it to run periodically to keep your data up-to-date.
