This workflow audits a webpage to extract all images and their existing alternative text. It then identifies images with short or missing alt text and uses an AI model to generate more descriptive and keyword-rich alt text for them. Finally, it updates the results in a Google Sheet.

How To Use
- Set Page Link: In the 'Page Link' node, configure the
urlandbaseUrlenvironment variables with the target webpage URL. - Configure Google Sheets: In the 'Download Results' and 'Update Results' nodes, set up your Google Sheets credentials, select the document and sheet ID (
gid=0for the first sheet). - Define AI Model: In the 'Generate altText' node, select your preferred AI model (e.g.,
gpt-4o-2024-05-13) and configure parameters likemaxTokens. - Adjust Limits: Modify the
maxItemsin the 'Limit records' node if you need to process a specific number of images. - Run Workflow: Trigger the workflow by clicking 'Test workflow' in the n8n interface.
