When a customer submits a form on your WordPress site, this workflow automatically captures their details. It then intelligently checks if the contact already exists in Pipedrive. If not, it creates a new contact and a lead. If the contact already exists, it updates their information and ensures a new lead is generated, keeping your sales pipeline fresh and organized. This eliminates manual data entry, saving you valuable time and reducing the risk of errors.

How To Use
- WordPress Setup:
- Install the Contact Form 7 plugin in WordPress.
- Install the CF7 Webhook extension.
- Obtain your unique n8n Webhook URL.
- Within Contact Form 7, create or edit your form and paste the provided custom form code, ensuring the n8n Webhook URL is correctly entered in the webhook field.
- Save and test your form to confirm data is being sent to n8n.
- Pipedrive Setup:
- Log in to your Pipedrive account.
- Navigate to your personal settings and locate your API Key.
- Copy your Pipedrive API Key.
- n8n Workflow Configuration:
- In n8n, add new Pipedrive credentials, selecting "Pipedrive API" and pasting your copied API Key.
- Configure the Webhook node with your n8n Webhook URL from step 1.
- The Search Person in Pipedrive node will use the email from your WordPress form to search Pipedrive.
- The Check if person is in Pipedrive node evaluates the search results.
- The IF Person exists in Pipedrive node branches the workflow based on whether a person was found.
- If no person is found, the Pipedrive node creates a new person. If a person is found, their ID is passed along.
- The New Person ID node consolidates the person's ID from either the search or creation step.
- The Create Lead node creates a new lead in Pipedrive, associated with the person, using data from your WordPress form.
