About This Workflow

How it works

This workflow automates the categorization and organization of your Outlook emails. It starts by fetching unread, uncategorized emails from your inbox. The email's body is then sanitized to remove HTML and other extraneous information before being sent to an Ollama chat model. The AI model analyzes the content and suggests relevant categories and subcategories. Based on these AI-driven categories, the workflow then updates the email with these categories and moves the email to a predefined Outlook folder (e.g., Junk, Receipt, SaaS, Community, Business). The workflow also includes error handling and logging for robustness.

How To Use

Configure Outlook Node: Ensure your Microsoft Outlook node is authenticated and set up to fetch emails.
Set AI Model: Configure the Ollama Chat Model node with your desired model (e.g., 'qwen2.5:14b') and parameters.
Customize Categories: In the varID & Category1 node, update the category parameter to reflect your desired categorization scheme. The outlook nodes (Microsoft Outlook10, Microsoft Outlook12, etc.) are hardcoded with folder IDs. You will need to update these folderId values in each relevant Microsoft Outlook node to match your desired folder structure within Outlook. For example, replace AQMkAGE3ZTU5MGMzLTFkNGItNGQ5Zi04MDQ1LThmNGFlMTVhYjMwYgAuAAAD8UhruVwm402lgPBG2Tj-aQEAnz-IOcWBGE2lrVuQgAF6zAAAAgFJAAAA with the actual ID of your 'Junk Email' folder, and similarly for other folders like 'Receipt', 'Community', 'SaaS', etc.
