How it works
This n8n workflow automates the lead capture and initial nurturing process.
- Webhook - Lead Capture: A webhook endpoint (
/lead-capture) receives incoming lead data. - Google Sheets - Backup Log: All incoming lead data is immediately logged into a specified Google Sheet for backup and record-keeping.
- FluentCRM - Add Contact: The lead's information (email, name) is used to create a new contact in FluentCRM, tagged as 'New Lead'.
- Send Warmup Email: A personalized welcome email is sent to the new lead, introducing Account Craft and its benefits.
- Send WhatsApp via Whinta: A direct WhatsApp message is sent to the lead, offering personalized assistance and engagement.
- Update CRM Tag to Customer: After the WhatsApp interaction, the lead's tag in FluentCRM is updated to 'Customer', signifying further progression in the sales funnel.

How To Use
- Configure Webhook: Set up your external form or application to send lead data (e.g.,
name,email,phone) to the n8n webhook URL:YOUR_N8N_URL/webhook/lead-capture. - Google Sheets Setup: In the 'Google Sheets - Backup Log' node, replace
your_google_sheet_id_herewith your actual Google Sheet ID and ensure the sheet name is 'Leads'. Configure your Google API credentials in n8n. - FluentCRM Setup: In the 'FluentCRM - Add Contact' and 'Update CRM Tag to Customer' nodes, replace
your-crm-domain.comwith your FluentCRM domain. Provide your FluentCRM API User and API Key under HTTP Basic Auth credentials. - Email Setup: In the 'Send Warmup Email' node, replace
your@email.comwith your sender email address. Configure your SMTP credentials in n8n. - WhatsApp Setup: In the 'Send WhatsApp via Whinta' node, ensure your Whinta API key is correctly set up (if required by Whinta's authentication). The node assumes direct API call. Whinta's specific authentication might require an additional header or body parameter not shown here, consult their API docs.
