How it works
This workflow automates the processing of sales calls. It starts by triggering an execution. Then, it retrieves existing call data from Notion to identify new calls using the Get all older Calls and Only Process New Calls nodes. New calls are identified and processed. A parent Notion database page is created for each processed call using the Create Notion DB Page node, acting as a central hub for extracted data. This parent ID and call data are then passed to a sub-workflow (AI Team Processor) for advanced AI-driven analysis and summarization. Throughout the process, Slack notifications are sent to alert about job start, progress updates, and completion, ensuring visibility and timely communication. The workflow is designed for resilience, allowing reruns on failed calls.
