Workflow Overview
This n8n workflow automates sales prospecting by leveraging Lonescale's job intent data. When a new job intent is detected via a webhook, the workflow first enriches the company and contact information using Dropcontact and HubSpot. It then intelligently checks for existing company records in HubSpot.
If a new company is found or an existing one needs updating, HubSpot's company records are created or modified. Simultaneously, contact information is created or updated in HubSpot. The workflow then branches based on the HubSpot lead status:
- New/Open Company: An email found check leads to adding contacts to Lemlist campaigns and creating LinkedIn outreach tasks in HubSpot.
- Attempted to Contact: A follow-up task is created in HubSpot.
- Open Deal: A notification is sent to the sales team via Slack.
- Customer: A notification is sent to the CS team via Slack.
This ensures timely follow-ups and targeted outreach based on real-time hiring signals.
