How it works
This workflow automates work attendance tracking by leveraging location triggers. It begins with a Webhook that listens for incoming requests. The workflow then checks if a Google Sheet named 'WorkTimeTracking' already exists in Google Drive. If it doesn't, a new spreadsheet with a 'Worklog' sheet is created. Subsequently, it logs the 'Check-In' or 'Check-Out' event along with the current date and time into the 'Worklog' sheet in Google Sheets. This provides a seamless and automated way to record attendance based on location.

How To Use
- Setup iPhone Shortcuts: Create two iPhone Shortcuts named "Check-In" and "Check-Out".
- Configure Shortcuts: In each shortcut, use the "Get Content from URL" action. Set the URL to your n8n webhook endpoint (e.g.,
YOUR_N8N_URL/webhook/time-track). - Set Headers: For the "Check-In" shortcut, add a header named
directionwith the valueCheck-In. For the "Check-Out" shortcut, add a header nameddirectionwith the valueCheck-Out. - n8n Credentials: Connect your Google Drive and Google Sheets accounts to n8n by providing OAuth2 credentials.
- Activate Workflow: Ensure the n8n workflow is active.
